Our Mission
Restoration Shelter, Inc. exists to provide a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environment where women and their children who have experienced domestic violence, abuse, homelessness, or crisis can heal, rebuild their lives, and achieve lasting independence. Through shelter, advocacy, counseling, life skills, development, and community partnerships, we help survivors to restore hope, reclaim their dignity and create brighter futures.

We envision a community where every woman and child lives free from violence, fear, and homelessness, empowered with the resources, confidence, and opportunities to thrive. Restoration Shelter aspires to be a place of refuge, healing, and transformation, where survivors become resilient leaders, families are restored, and hope
is renewed for generations to come.

Our goals are to empower women and their children to overcome the effects of domestic violence, abuse, homelessness, and other crises by providing the support and
resources they need to rebuild their lives.
More than 20 years ago, Restoration Shelter began as a dream to provide a safe place for women and children escaping abuse, violence, and homelessness. Although the vision was set aside for many years, it was never forgotten.
Through prayer, faith, and the encouragement of my husband, God opened the door to turn that dream into reality. Together, we built Restoration Shelter to be a place of safety, healing, hope, and new beginnings.
Today, Restoration Shelter is committed to helping women and their children rebuild their lives through compassionate support, advocacy, and a safe environment where they can heal, grow, and thrive.
What began as a dream has become a mission...to restore hope, rebuild lives, and renew futures.
